Even without a few big players, Bangladesh managed to outsmart the mighty Indian team. IPL 2023: 5 Bangladesh players who can have takers at IPL Mini Auction on December 23rd after ODI series win over India: CHECK OUT

IPL 2023: Who are the five players that might find takers in IPL Auction?
Mehidy Hasan is having the biggest impact in the ODI series as the all-rounder has scored 138 runs in two matches without being dismissed. He has also taken three wickets. Litton Das has not scored many runs so far, but he can take the game away from the opposition due to his fearless brand of cricket. Talismanic all-rounder Shakib has delivered when it mattered the most. The southpaw is the leading wicket-taker taking seven wickets in two games.

1. Mehidy Hasan Miraz
Mehidy has proven to be the biggest thorn in the flesh of India. Be it with the bat, ball, or in the field, the all-rounder has stepped up in crucial moments. It is having an impact under pressure that’s what counts in IPL. Miraz is managing to do just that. The all-rounder’s two knocks have come down the order when his team was reeling. On both occasions, he came on top scoring unbeaten 38 and 100.
Miraz is also a handy bowler and keeps things economically by bowling stump to stump. In T20Is for Bangladesh, he has been used as a floater. Miraz can take on the opposition, and also play a sheet anchor role. All-rounders are in huge demand in IPL 2023 auction, and the Bangladeshi star could find a taker as well.

2. Shakib Al Hasan
Shakib Al Hasan could not find a taker in last year’s IPL mega auction. But this year, with Bangladesh not having any international series during IPL, the all-rounder could go big in the auction. It is Shakib’s ability to impact games with bat and ball that sets him apart from the rest. He has tons of IPL experience as well as he played 71 games scoring 793 runs and taking 63 wickets. The veteran cricketer is a bankable bowler with an economy rate of 6.3 runs per over. The southpaw is also a good finisher lower down the order.
3. Nasum Ahmed
While the spotlight is on big stars like Mustafizur and Taksin Ahmed, Nasum Ahmed has quietly flown under the radar. The right-arm off-spinner has taken 32 wickets in 28 T20Is at an economy rate of 7.3. Nasum’s economy and his ability to have an impact in the middle overs could be a clincher for IPL teams. As a left-hand bowler, the Bangladesh player will also have favorable matchups against right-hand batters in the IPL.

4. Litton Das
Without a doubt, Liton Das is Bangladesh’s best batter in the T20 format of game. Indians saw firsthand what damage the right-hand batter can do when he scored a blazing 50 in the league match of the T20 World Cup 2022. Litton has all the shots in the book and plays an orthodox brand of cricket. With few IPL teams needing explosive openers at the top, The Bangladesh skipper can be a perfect fit.
In 65 T20Is, the right-hand batter has amassed 1388 runs at a strike rate of 129. He can bat at the top as well in the middle order in the T20 format.

5. Ebadot Hossain
Bangladesh pacer bowler Ebadot Hossain is a bankable bowler for the team. In Taskin Ahmed’s absence, Hossain has bowled well in the two ODIs against India. In the second game, he picked up three wickets giving away 45 runs only. In his short career so far, Hossain has managed to grab eyeballs due to his wicket-taking abilities. Hossain is also a good bowler in the power play and middle overs.
